  1. Shipping Policy

    Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship worldwide via secure tracked couriers (DHL/FedEx).

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Crypto Hardware is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  2.  Returns & Refunds Policy

    Returns: Given the nature of security hardware, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

    Security Seal: If the security seal of the hardware device is broken or tampered with, the item is non-returnable for security reasons.

    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

    Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
